Marvel’s ‘Avengers: Infinity Wars’ Will Not be Split Into Two Movies

Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity Wars was supposed to be a two-part film, but according to a new release schedule from Disney, this is no longer the case. The Wrap reports the story will instead be told in one movie. The second Avengers film will still exist, but will have an entirely new title and concept. It is currently being referred to as simply the “Untitled Avengers Project.” Infinity Wars will still release on May 4, 2018 as planned, with the new, untitled project also staying on schedule for May 3, 2019.
