Drake has been extremely busy following the success of his No. 1 album VIEWS, so he decided to take some time to celebrate on Monday during a Memorial Day party at his house in Hidden Hills, California. But unfortunately, what started out as a pretty incredible party reportedly broke out into mayhem after girl fights erupted later in the night.
Everyone looked like they were having a great time earlier in the day. The video of Drake, Jas Prince, and Romeo above shows the trio chilling at the head of the pool as Drake’s Rihanna collaboration “Too Good” blasts over the speakers in the background. Another video by a guest at the party shows Drake posted up at the exact same spot as the party continues to get underway.
However, at some point, things took a turn for the worst as the party crawled later into the night. As you can see in the video below, several girls threw punches at one another during the party as people looked on. In the video, you can hear a male shout, “Gotta put this on Snapchat.” Thankfully, some people eventually jumped in and tried to pull the fighters apart, but the video ends with the fighting still going on.
TMZ is reporting that several noise complaints were made during the party, and according to a neighbor who spoke with TMZ, paramedics showed up at the party. But it’s still unclear why the paramedics were there or if their presence was tied to the fights that broke out.
It’s also unclear whether or not Drake was still at the party when the fighting started, but he was spotted safe and sound partying later in the night with Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber-approved singer Madison Beer as they used everyone’s favorite dog filter on Snapchat.
